Executive Support Northwest provide quality care support to our service users and clients by ensuring that our nurses, hca’s and support workers meet our skills standard, with relevant qualifications.
A rolling programme of mandatory training is provided to all agency workers in such areas as Manual Handling, Basic Support, Mental Health courses, Dementia Courses, Safeguarding, End of Life Care, Equality and Diversity Awareness, Inclusion.
At Executive Support, we offer study days free to all our agency workers regardless of band and qualification. Our aim it to provide our clients with knowledgeable and professional nurses.
